These projects have been located in Arctic, Desert, Coastal, Earthquake, High Altitude, Monsoon, and Hurricane Prone areas around the world.

NASA PROJECTS:  Spencer Engineers, Inc. (SEI) is the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 55 NASA construction and/or Planning projects in Texas and New Mexico.

MILITARY PROJECTS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 74 DoD Military construction and/or Planning projects.

US ARMY:   SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 53 U S Army Corps of Engineers construction projects within the continental united states and the MEP engineer of record for the design and the construction  several projects in Bahrain & Saudi Arabia.

U S Air Force:   SEI is the AE of record ffor the design and the construction of more than 15 USAF construction projects in Texas.

DEPARTMENT OF STATE:  SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 9 Department of State Foreign Country foreign construction projects around the world.

NIMA (National Imagery and Mapping Authority now NMA):   SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 5 NIMA construction projects of value up to $10.8M.

U S NAVY:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 6 U S Navy construction projects.

MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING PROJECTS:  SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction  6547 new military family housing units.  We are also the AE of record for the remodeling design and the construction of 4697 military family housing units.  We are the AE of record for energy conservation (ECIP) modifications to 17,254 existing military family housing units. 

CRYOGENIC AND SPACE SIMULATION PROJECTS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 15 NASA Cryogenic and Space Simulation construction projects.

DATA PROCESSING FACILITY design:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of Record (EOR) for the design and the construction of many large scale data processing facilities.

Emergency power generation DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction  more than 30 emergency power generation systems for SCIF, Airport Control Towers, Secure Department of State Communications Centers, FBI fall-out shelter, and other emergency operating centers where operations needed to occur at all times without regard to the commercially provided infrastructure utilities.

HVAC ANALYSIS:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for trouble shooting, reviewing and preparing formal reports concerning HVAC systems in Tropical, Arctic, Desert, High Altitude, and Monsoon Climates.

HIGH RISE FACILITY DESIGN:  SEI is the EOR for the design and the construction of more than 18 construction projects that complied with the provisions of the High Rise Building Codes.

OFFICE PROJECT DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of many completed speculative office building projects.

FOOD SERVICE FACILITIES:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 25 Food Preparation construction projects.

LIBRARIES:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 4 Library construction projects.

BANKS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 25 Bank construction projects.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction

RETAIL:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 10 retail construction projects.

APARTMENTS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 5 Garden type Apartment construction projects.

MEDICAL HEALTH CARE FACILITY DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of many completed medical health care facility projects.

MEDICAL PROJECT LIST:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 15 Medical related construction projects.

HOTELS:  SEI is the AE and/or MEP EOR for the design and the construction of many completed hotel projects.

AVIATION RELATED PROJECT DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of more than 22 completed aviation projects around the world.

REFRIGERATED COLD storage facility DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of more than 5 completed refrigeration and cold food storage projects.

FOREIGN COUNTRY PROJECT DESIGN: SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of more than 14 foreign country construction projects.

Munitions and ordinance facilities:  SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 16 facility projects related to Munitions and other ordinance manufacturing facilities at the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant at Texarkana, Texas, Lackland AFB (actually the Medina Annex), Texas, and at the Longhorn Army Ammunition Plant at Karnack, Texas. 

PHYSICAL security and detention systems:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of more than 30 security systems for detention facilities, jails, secure communications facilities, compartmented information facilities, telecommunication facilities, banks, space flight power and control systems, warehouses and retail stores.

SEISMIC STRUCTURAL DESIGN:  SEI has extensive structural engineering design experience which includes being the AE of record for the design and the construction of more than 40 seismic structural design projects.  SEI is up to date with the current FEMA seismic design criteria.  SEI also has experience designing seismic event restraints for mechanical & electrical equipment in buildings.

HIGH BAY RESEARCH LABORATORY DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of new and/or modifications to more than 25 high bay scientific research laboratories.

INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of more than 25 Industrial, Manufacturing, Process, Instrumentation, and Maintenance projects for the past 30 years.

EDUCATIONAL facility DESIGN:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of several military educational facilities, plus one new high school and three elementary schools.

EXXON, USA:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR ffor the design and the construction of more than 30 EXXON, USA facilities.

POSTAL FACILITIES:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of more than 35 postal facilities of various types.

RELIGIOUS FACILITIES:  SEI is the AE and/or EOR for the design and the construction of 13 new facilities or modifications to existing religious facilities.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING:  SEI is the AE of record for the design and the construction of systems and plants as required to implement the recommendations by NASA as required to comply with EPA Environmental Regulations.  SEI is the AE of record where we utilized consultants to perform the Environmental Investigation and Report work as consultants to SEI.

RENOVATIONS TO HISTORICAL BUILDINGS:  SEI is the AE and/or Engineer of record for the design and the construction of renovation & restoration projects for more than 6 buildings at Fort Sam Houston that are registered with the National Register of Historical Buildings.

retail facility design:  SEI has completed the MEP EOR for the design and the construction of more than 30 retail projects.
