Gerald Spencer, P.E. is the MEP Engineer of Record (EOR) for the design and the construction of projects that complied with high rise municipal codes in Chicago, Memphis, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Tampa, and Ft. Worth.  Spencer Engineers, Inc. (SEI) s the AE of Record and/or Gerald Spencer is the MEP EOR for the design and the construction of many facilities that complied with various High Rise Building codes. 

1.   OFFICE BUILDING FOR WICHITA FALLS SAVINGS ASSN. - WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS - 5-story building.  16' ceiling height banking lobby, parking area and planting.

2.   HOLIDAY INN PARK 10 - 19 FLOOR - 350 ROOMS - HOUSTON, TEXAS - MEP Consultant - This is a high rise hotel with restaurants, meeting rooms, indoor swimming pool, laundry and kitchen.

3.   L'HOTEL SOFITEL - 8 FLOORS - 375 ROOMS - HOUSTON, TEXAS - MEP Consultant - This is a high rise hotel with three separate restaurants, meeting rooms, indoor swimming pool. laundry and two kitchens.

4.   ALBERT PICK HOTEL 250 ROOMS - 10 FLOORS MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE - MEP Consultant - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

5.   SOUTH TEXAS COLLEGE OF LAW 11 FLOOR TOWER ADDITION - HOUSTON, TX - MEP Consultant - Designed mechanical, electrical and plumbing for 11 story office and classroom tower with auditorium addition.  Top three floors house the state civil appeals courts.

6.   HARRIS COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER - MEP Consultant - Remodeled existing detention facility and added new 5 floor detention facility.

7.   PRUDENTIAL OFFICE - KANSAS CITY, KANSAS - MEP Consultant - 6 story - 120,000 sf - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

8.   HOUSTON AREA TEACHERS CREDIT UNION - MEP Consultant - 8 Story 160,000 sf - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

9.   PARAGON CENTER OFFICE - TAMPA, FLORIDA - MEP Consultant - 9 story - 180,000 sf plus parking garage - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

10. MARATHON OIL OFFICE - HOUSTON, TEXAS - MEP Consultant - 8 Story - 160,000  sf plus parking garage - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

11. ENTERPRISE BANK HOUSTON - MEP Consultant - 6 Story 100,000 sf - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

12. LOOP 610 OFFICE BUILDING - MEP Consultant - 6 Story & Park Garage - 160,000 sf - We designed the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for this facility.

13. 1900 YORKTOWN OFFICE BUILDING - Houston, Texas - MEP Consultant - 160,000M S.F. 8 story office building for a division of a major oil co. Involved programming and interior design, in addition to the architectural contract.
