2.        OFFICE BUILDING FOR WICHITA FALLS SAVINGS ASSN. - WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS - Rehabilitation of ground floor of existing 4-story building, added 1 story (16' ceiling height) banking lobby, parking area and planting, air conditioning.

3.        OFFICE BUILDING AND LABORATORY FOR SOUTHERN MICROFILM CORP. - HOUSTON, TEXAS - 1-story, concrete slab-on-grade, wood framed load bearing exterior masonry walls, wood stud GWB partitions, air conditioning.

4.        OFFICE BUILDING AND SERVICE CENTER FOR HOUSTON LIGHTING AND POWER COMPANY - WHARTON, TEXAS - 1-story, concrete slab-on-earth fill(truck bed height), steel frame.  Office has masonry exterior walls, steel stud GWB partitions, coal-tar pitch built up roof.  Warehouse has insulated metal panels, walls and roof. zoned air conditioning.
