each engineer is required by each separate state law to be licensed in that
state before they can practice architecture and/or engineering (design anything within that state) or even offer
to practice architecture and/or engineering in that state. There is also a
national certification NCARB for architects and NCEES for engineers.

Spencer Engineers, Inc. is a design engineering firm. We
prepare drawings, specifications, and other contract documents that define
the requirements for constructing and/or modifying a building. This allows all of the
general contractor bidders to all bid on the same building with the same quality
and other features. We have specialized in serving the institutional and
governmental clients. We are also the AE of record for medical
facilities, industrial construction projects, speculative office buildings,
and for high rise hotels.
These projects
have been designed for and located in Arctic Climates, Desert Climates, High
Humidity Climates, Coastal
Areas, Earthquake Prone Areas, High Altitude and Hurricane prone areas.
